Mothers Day Pictures 2011 283 fix psframed

First of all, I would like to introduce myself. Most of you know me as Jennifer Huber. Others know me as Jennifer Weckerle. When I was a baby, my family called me puffer. That’s because I giggled like the Pillsbury doughboy when they tickled my belly. My father had a unique name for me as a child. He called me Genesis. It seemed a bit eccentric, but it was the 60s. So I have had a lot of names throughout my life and a journey has come with all my names. For the last 10 years of my life, I have established a new name which has suited me best. My name is Mommy. It has been my favorite name so far, living my life raising my daughter Brooke. This is our journey as we learn, create, and play together.

Hi my name is Jennifer.

I am an entrepreneur, children’s book writer, foodie and mamarazzi.

This is my creative minded blog, fueled by passion through my daughter.

Oh, by the way, I’m a poet and didn’t even know it!

Making poetry makes me feel like a baby bird,

Leaving its nest for the first time, in full flight,

While learning how to sing.

Enjoy our journey making memories.

Warm Regards,

Jennifer

  1. I already love ya cuz you have such great taste in “daughter names” Grin… My daughter’s name is Brooke too! I love sharing this journey with you guys. I just wanted to check in and say thanks for reading my last post and commenting and also enjoy every moment of this time together. “Older” ladies (cough cough) would warn me…”:Honey, cherish these times, they go by so fast!” It just seemed so surreal… and so far away. It is not always easy to be the carpooler or the one who has to be the getter upper in the morning… but it all is like a faint summer scent when it is over. My daugther has been on her own for for over six years now and it seems like yesterday when I could make a trip to McDonalds seem like Disneyland and now she has passes to the place! lol. Every stage is precious! Just needed to be one of those old ladies giving you a loving reminder. Embrace today and have fun with your Brookie! And one comforting word… as mom’s they will always be our Brookies no matter how old they get!
    xoxo
